Weight Lifting for Beginners (16+) For anyone who wants to get stronger but does not know where to begin this bi-weekly class will teach you the main muscle groups to focus on, and a variety of exercises for each you can use at home or at the gym. Each class we will go through a full body workout using a variety of equipment.
Bootycamp Booty gains is the focus of this class! This class includes a full body workout with an extra focus on exercises that help strengthen and increase the muscle mass in your glutes.

We will look at everything from your goals, what equipment you have access to, your time commitment, etc. Flexible options i.e. 1-3 sessions with me per week.

Mental health is a top priority for 2023 and exercise is a proven way to reduce stress and improve your wellbeing. Bring your team together once a week for an early morning, lunch time, or end of the day workout. Reduce the roadblocks your team may be facing and help bring movement to them. Co-ed is welcome.
Space must be provided by you. Various weekly time slots available.
